Had to be moved due to a barking dog in adjacent room; phone did not work in bedroom, cold water faucet/knob was broken in bathroom.

The first night we were put next to the elevator but when we called the front desk they moved me right away. I really appreciated how quick they were willing to fix the problem & we were put in another room in about 10 minutes. The staff was very helpful. Clean accommodations. Noisy with actual loud air hammer drilling adjacent to room. A complaint to service staff was futile. Finally, offered lower scale room as way to escape the noise. "Otherwise you just have to live with it for 3 more hours". Service staff was not very friendly or helpful. Despite requesting and paying for a "deluxe" suite it only met moderate standards. Very relaxed atmosphere, great view. I felt right at home. I will definitely be back.

We appreciated all the amenities the hotel offered. It was not geared to families with young children, any safety outlet covers, any toddler toilet seats or stools. Overall, very nice location to visit family in Mainland. Will probably stay there again. Very family friendly. Need closer supervision of the pool area. Increase security patrols. Need more tables at breakfast. Reservations department was rude. But given the last minute nature of our trip and our relatively "high maintenance" status with three small boys and a dog.
